Client Requirement

First Sept is to get the requirement from the client with the exact job specification, salary structure, numbers required and other terms and conditions of employment.

After receiving the Job specifications, we start sourcing the CVs from our vast data-bank to meet client's specifications & requirements. We identify potential candidates using the expertise of our database, job portals, references, contacts and executive search.

Pre Screening
We do the prescreening of candidates and assess the candidate's interest levels and fitment to the given vacancy and to see whether the candidate would suit the client's culture, and above all technical competence for the desired profile


The preliminary interviews results in shortlisted qualified candidates. We present those shortlisted candidates with a detailed feedback report to the client.

Scheduling an Interview
After the candidate has been short listed at our end and is ready to face the interview, we schedule the same with the Client as per the mutual convenience of the Client and the candidate.

Reference Checks
If required we carry out reference checks provided by the candidate and also sometimes check with the third party references from our side as it allows us to throw better light on the hidden information. We also offer assistance in negotiating the terms of employment prior to the formal written offer. We counsel the candidate on the formalities of resignation from current employment. The primary objective is to assist for smooth transition

Post Appointment
Post appointment, we maintain contact with the client as well as the candidate to ensure the candidate's successful integration into the organization
